Real Living Home Team was founded in the fall of 2006 as Dave Culbertson and his family purchased the franchise rights to Real Living and formed Real Living Knox County LLC., doing business as Real Living Home Team. Since day one, we have strived to be a full-service real estate company serving the needs of clients in Knox County, Ohio and the surrounding area. Culbertson is the president and principal broker, after having served his clients for thirteen years as a full-time real estate agent.

We are also in 20 states, coast-to-coast and growing.  This gives you, the seller, the best opportunity to sell your home, by reaching more agents, who will in turn, let their buyers know about your home…”casting the net out far and wide,” as possible, to better serve our clients. This is important because in today’s market, you never know where your buyer might come from.

Another major part of our marketing is internet marketing, quality photography and virtual tours. Our listings can be found on dozens and dozens of internet portals world-wide…again, casting out that net as far and wide as possible.

We are located at 1485 Yauger Road (behind the hospital), in a magnificent brick farmhouse that was built in 1829. It is one of the oldest standing structures in the area. Dave and Ellen Culbertson, who have an appreciation and passion for historic properties, purchased the home and recently completed the major renovation of the abandoned structure. They were able to renovate it and convert it into a state-of-the art real estate office, while maintaining its historic charm.
